Before Installation

  • Check cables for any visible damage
  • Ensure the cable selected matches the application
  • Avoid using cables that are damaged during transport or storage

Handling & Storage

  • Always handle cable drums carefully using proper equipment
  • Store drums upright on flat surfaces
  • Avoid stacking drums or laying them flat
  • Protect cables from impact, moisture, and rough handling

Installation & Laying

  • Avoid sharp bends, twisting, or pulling stress
  • Unwind cables smoothly from the drum
  • Use proper supports during laying
  • Provide protection against mechanical damage

Bending & Pulling

  • Follow recommended bending radius
  • Do not overload cables while pulling
  • Use proper pulling methods and accessories

Important Note

  • Do not coil cables directly on the ground
  • If required, lay cables in a figure-of-eight formation to prevent twisting
